In her role, Stephanie manages commercially sustainable relationships with multilateral
development banks, NGOs, and other key partners that interact within the Public-Private
Partnership model.
Stephanie has been with Mastercard since 2022 and previously managed key strategic
partnerships to scale the Center for Inclusive Growth’s global efforts across financial inclusion,
small business growth, and impact data science.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Stephanie spent five years with the International Finance
Corporation (IFC-part of the World Bank Group) as Lead for investments in Financial
Institutions, Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds. She also managed gender-lens blended
finance investments, capacity-building programs and research partnerships for Women
Entrepreneurs’ Opportunity Fund, a collaboration between IFC, the Goldman Sachs 10,000
Women Initiative and multi-government funded Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative
Before the IFC, Stephanie worked with Standard Chartered Bank and the Royal Bank of
Scotland in various corporate finance and investment banking roles across Africa, Europe, and
the Middle East.
She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s Degree in Finance
from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom.
